WORK CULTURE DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: STRATEGI PENGUATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI NGO TRIPLE F
Abstrak
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of work culture on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable at NGO Triple F Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of all employees of NGO Triple F Indonesia, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, whereby all employees were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, including Pearson Product Moment validity testing, Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing, multiple linear regression, and path analysis. The findings indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Work culture also positively influences employee performance, while OCB contributes positively to employee performance. Furthermore, path analysis reveals that OCB mediates the relationship between work culture and employee performance, as evidenced by the greater indirect effect compared to the direct effect. These findings suggest that a strong work culture can enhance employee performance by fostering voluntary behaviors that support organizational effectiveness. Therefore, strengthening organizational work culture and encouraging OCB are essential managerial strategies for improving employee performance and sustaining organizational effectiveness in non-profit organizations.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel mediasi pada NGO Triple F Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai NGO Triple F Indonesia, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS melalui uji validitas Pearson Product Moment, uji reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha, regresi linier berganda, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Budaya kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, meskipun pengaruhnya relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan pengaruhnya terhadap OCB. Selanjutnya, OCB berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa OCB mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang ditunjukkan oleh besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengaruh langsung. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa budaya kerja yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui pembentukan perilaku sukarela yang mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Oleh karena itu, penguatan budaya kerja dan pengembangan OCB menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada organisasi non-profit.
