PERAN MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PENGARUH POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstrak
Abstract : This study examined the effect of positive psychological capital (PsyCap) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by job satisfaction. In this study, a quantitative approach was applied. The research sample consisted of nurses of Siaga Banjarmasin Surgical Hospital, with the criteria of permanent nurses, and the sample consisted of 39 people. The distribution of questionnaires was the method used for data collection. Data analysis was performed with the help of SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 4.0). As a result, there is an influence between positive psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior. Likewise, positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. This study also concluded that job satisfaction mediates the effect of positive psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior.
Abstrak : Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menguji peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh positive psychological capital (PsyCap) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian merupakan perawat Rumah Sakit Bedah Banjarmasin Siaga dengan kriteria perawat tetap, sampel berjumlah 39 orang. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan sebagai metode pengumpulan data, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 4.0). Hasilnya, terdapat pengaruh antara positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Demikian pula positive psychological capital terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh antara Kepuasan Kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
