Copyright Statement

Agreement on License and Copyright

In submitting the manuscript to the Journal Among Makati, the author states that:

• They have been authorized by their co-authors to take part in this arrangement,

• The previously described work has never been officially published, except in abstract form or as part of a published lecture, review, thesis, or journal overlay,

• That the work is not being considered for publication elsewhere,

• That the publication has been approved by all authors and by the competent authority – implicitly or explicitly – that is, of the institution where the work was done,

• They guarantee the right to reproduce material that has been published or is copyrighted elsewhere,

• They agree to this license and copyright agreement.

Copyright

Authors who publish their articles in the Journal Among Makati agree to the following conditions:

1. The author retains the copyright and grants first publication rights to the journal with work simultaneously licensed under
   
   Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License so that others can share the work with the acknowledgment of the authorship of the work and initial publication in this journal.
2. The licensor permits others to create and distribute derivative works, but only under the same or a compatible license.
3. The licensor permits others to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work, including for commercial purposes.
4. Prior to and during the submission process, authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in institutional repositories or on their websites). Such posts will be able to generate productive exchanges, as well as earlier and bigger quotes.

Permissions for Data Publication

The journal Among Makarti uses various waivers and licenses, which are specifically designed for and suitable for data processing:

Other data publishing licenses may be permitted as exceptions (subject to the editor's approval on a case-by-case basis). They must be confirmed by a written statement from the author to be published with the article.
Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
This journal seeks to maximize the replicability of published research. Therefore, authors must share all data, codes, or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but must be confirmed in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Data sets and software must be permanently stored and archived in appropriate, trusted, public, or domain-specific repositories (please see http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or the like).
The associated persistent identifier (e.g. DOI, or otherwise) of the data set must be included in the article's data or software sources section. References to data sets and software should also be included in the reference list of articles with DOI (where available). If there is no domain-specific data repository, authors must store their data in a public repository such as ZENODO, Dryad, Dataverse, or others.
Minor data may also be published as additional data files or packages on research articles; however, authors should always prefer deposition in data repositories.
