Manuscript Submission Process

  1. Submit the manuscript through the Open Journal System.
  2. Check compliance with the article template.
  3. Check the manuscript for plagiarism using Plagiarism Checker X, with a maximum similarity threshold of 20%.
  4. Revise the manuscript as required.
  5. The manuscript undergoes peer review by the journal's reviewers.
  6. Revise the manuscript based on the reviewer's comments.
  7. Notification of the publication decision is sent to the author by email.
  8. Pay the publication fee.
  9. Issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
  10. Editing, proofreading, layout editing, and metadata verification.
  11. Publication of the article.

Publication Schedule:

  • Submission deadline: 31 October 2026
  • Plagiarism check, word count, metadata compliance, focus and scope compliance, data adequacy, research methodology, language (grammar and typographical errors), manuscript structure and template compliance, and reference list verification (DOI, Mendeley, and minimum 15 references): 1–15 November 2026
  • Stage 1 manuscript acceptance/rejection decision: 16 November 2026
  • Stage 1 author revision: 16–22 November 2026
  • Peer review process: 23 November–6 December 2026
  • Stage 2 manuscript acceptance/rejection decision: 7 December 2026
  • Author revision: 7–13 December 2026
  • Editing: 14–16 December 2026
  • Proofreading: 17–18 December 2026
  • Layout editing: 19–23 December 2026
  • Publication: 24 December 2026

Note: We currently do not offer fast-track review or expedited Letter of Acceptance (LoA) issuance. There is no fixed submission slot or quota. All manuscripts are processed according to the journal's peer-review procedures and editorial workflow. For the December 2026 issue, the journal will publish a maximum of 10 articles that have successfully completed the review and editorial processes and meet the journal's publication requirements.
