PERAN BAHASA MOTIVASI SEBAGAI PEMODERASI HUBUNGAN PERILAKU BERBAGAI PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF DAN KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstrak


Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi tentang pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan terhadap perilaku kerja ionovatif dan kepuasan kerja diantar karyawan dengan bahasa motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Hubungan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis STATA. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sebanyak 45 karyawan diperusahaan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perilaku berbagai pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan perilakuberbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya bahasa motivasi memoderasi hubungan antara perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dan perilaku kerja inovatif.
